About Vanessa Madrigal

Vanessa grew up in Houston and later attended the University of Texas, where she quickly fell in love with Austin. After graduating, she spent six years in Northern California working in sales for a decorative hardware company. During this time, she discovered her passion for interior and home design.

She eventually returned to Austin to purchase her first home, dedicating the next five years to renovating and transforming it into a space that truly reflected her style. Vanessa then spent a decade building a successful career in healthcare, where she supported physicians with the business side of their practices. Her work included helping clients secure commercial office space and launch new practices—experience that sharpened her eye for real estate and client needs.

In 2020, Vanessa made the leap into real estate, combining her professional expertise with her passion for homes. She is committed to delivering a personalized, high-quality experience for every client. Known for her strong attention to detail and genuine care for others, Vanessa is a trusted partner for those looking to buy, sell, or lease. She takes pride in educating her clients throughout the process, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Vanessa has lived in several Austin neighborhoods, including West Campus, Tarrytown, Clarksville, and North Loop, and now resides in Northwest Austin with her family. Outside of real estate, she enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, their three children, and their pets—a cat and a mini schnauzer. She is also actively involved in her community and volunteers at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church and School.
